I am a wife to a cool guy and mom to an amazing little girl. Sometimes I work outside the home and sometimes I don’t. My little family splits time between our cabin in Alaska, our RV in the “lower 48″ and various rental houses and apartments across the country. We also spend as much time as possible with friends and family. Our regular change of location also means a regular change of kitchens. I adore cooking. I always get a kick out of never knowing what ingredients will be available or how equipped a kitchen will be. It is all part of our adventure!
This blog was started so I can record our adventures and the cooking that is always an integral part of where we are and what we do.
